Breaking: Our Charter challenge to make prisons single-sex will proceed!

This afternoon the Federal Court ruled that the Government of Canada's motion to strike our Constitutional challenge has failed.
Additionally, caWsbar has been granted public interest standing to proceed with the case on behalf of federally incarcerated women in Canada.
