Woman's Place UK
Woman’s Place UK is a group of people from a range of backgrounds including trade unions, women’s organisations, academia and the NHS. We are united by our belief that women’s hard-won rights must be defended.
We are against all forms of discrimination. We believe in the right of everyone to live their lives free from discrimination and harassment. Women face entrenched and endemic structural inequality.

LGB Alliance
We are a group of lesbians, gay men and bisexuals who, by and large, have spent our entire lives campaigning for equality for people with same-sex sexual orientation. Among our ranks are doctors, academics, psychiatrists and lawyers with expertise in safeguarding.
We believe that biological sex is observed at birth and not assigned. In our view, current gender ideologies are pseudo-scientific and present a threat to people whose sexual orientation is towards the same sex, or to both sexes. In addition, we believe that these ideologies are confusing and dangerous to children.
Safe Schools Alliance
The SSA campaign is focused on working with schools and educators to ensure that school policies meet the safeguarding needs of all students whilst taking into account the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010. We endeavour to provide clarity on the law and offer unbiased, evidence-based guidance and support where conflict between protected characteristics arises.
Sex Matters
A group of over 500 people (and growing) who came together on Mumsnet, although not all of us are parents, sharing the same concern that our rights and choices are being eroded as part of a cultural shift towards denying human biology on the part of decision-makers, businesses, services and the media.
Fair Play For Women is a campaigning and consultancy group which raises awareness, provides evidence and analysis, and supports policy-makers to protect the rights of women and girls in the UK.
We are concerned that, in the rush to reform transgender laws and policies, women’s voices are not being heard or listened to. Run by a team of volunteers with skills in many different disciplines, without any corporate sponsorship or formal funding, we work hard to bring this issue to public attention.
FiLiA's mission is to contribute to the Women’s Liberation Movement by:
- Building Sisterhood and Solidarity (locally, nationally, globally)
- Amplifying the Voices of Women (particularly those less often heard or purposefully silenced)
- Defending Women’s Human Rights
Transgender Trend
We are a group of parents based in the UK who are concerned about the current trend to diagnose children as transgender, including the unprecedented number of teenage girls suddenly self-identifying as ‘trans’ (Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria or ROGD). We are also concerned about legislation which places transgender rights above the right to safety for girls and young women in public toilets and changing rooms along with fairness for girls in sport.
Sex Not Gender
The existence of transsexual people, and the move towards transgenderism as a form of identity politics, present us with hugely difficult and complicated questions, of both a philosophical and practical nature – questions such as: what does it mean to be a woman? What are the origins of women’s subordination and oppression? What forms of social and political organisation are necessary to remedy this continued oppression?
Justice For Women
Justice for Women was established in 1990 as a feminist campaigning organisation that supports, and advocates on behalf of, women who have fought back against or killed violent men.
We strive to eradicate the discrimination in the legal system against women who have suffered male violence.
